Hello actors! 💥💥Memorization deadline is October 7!💥💥 💥💥Memorization deadline is October 7!💥💥 PART ONE In a show it’s important that you know WHEN to speak and WHAT to say. That’s why we mark our scripts. Here is your assignment: 1. Get a couple of highlighters (colored pencils are fine, too) in different colors. DO NOT USE REGULAR OR PERMANENT MARKERS!! It will bleed and you’ll be 😢 😠sad. 2. Mark all of the lines you say in one color. 3. Use a different color and mark any lines AND stage directions that happen BEFORE you speak. 💥💥Memorization deadline is October 7!💥💥 It’s also important to know WHEN to move, react, or do something. During rehearsals I will be telling you things that you’re supposed to do. WRITE those things IN YOUR SCRIPT with a pencil. And practice, practice, practice!
