Hello students! The show I have planned for you this year is going to be an adventure! Think Wild West, good guys, bad guys, damsel in distress, there is something in this show for everyone.   🎭It's time for… the Shakespeare Feaste!🎭 INTRO The Shakespeare Feaste is a super fun “dinner and a show” performance. Here are the main things you will do at the Feaste Serve the food Perform monologues and scenes (from Shakespeare plays!) Sing a few songs But these are just the basics, there's a lot more we’re going to be doing, including telling jokes, magic tricks, and interacting with the people there. It’s a performance… but don't think of it as a regular show. PART 1: THE FEASTE CHARACTERS There are a lot of different characters at the Shakespeare Feaste, everyone is going to get a chance to do something fun!  Hello! Our play is coming together SO WELL!   I'm getting picky now because you are doing such a good job, so now we fine tune. THIS IS WHAT WE NEED NEXT: We need to HEAR YOU! For your homework: PART ONE:  I would like you watch this video and for the next week DON'T MISS THIS PART spend 10-15 minutes everyday using the principles taught in the video: HOW TO SPEAK MORE LOUDLY PART TWO: Continue to review your lines, your cues and your blocking. Silent Night 7. Joy to the World So this week, your homework is to. . . .  LEARN THE CHRISTMAS SONGS. One way to learn the songs is to sing through these songs at least once everyday. You may also write out all the lyrics to help you memorize the words. Both of these are just suggestions, but you are welcome to use other ways to work on your songs. Hey there, did you know that the memorization deadline was two weeks ago? 😱   Many of you still need to get lines memorized. So I am offering an incentive. 😁 But there is a TIME LIMIT!
